So is that that chocolate cake you baked last time when we were visiting – a friend has asked. It took me a while to think which cake he refers to. There is this chocolate cake that I baked so many times, that is my other friend’s favourite and once I’ve spectacularly crashed into a floor (the boys from the team were trying to convince me it’s good to eat anyway). But no, it wasn’t a mousse-like pear chocolate cake, nor it was Kladdkaka, that the friend had such a good memories of. This time I’ve baked simple, brownie-like Audrey Hepburn Chocolate Cake.
Actually, I baked this twice during the week, once for girly gathering, second for colleagues’ birthday at work.
You will make it little over 30 minutes. It’s lighter than A traditional brownie but still chocolaty.
